A woman wakes up from a coma after a horrific accident and undergoes facial reconstruction surgery shortly after. With no memories of her past, she is haunted by illusions and phone calls from a mysterious voice telling her to kill her husband. Things get more complicated when she starts having visions of another man whose girlfriend went missing the same day of the accident.
